Wir sind eine gemeinnützige Stiftung mit dem Zweck der Bereitstellung von günstigem und geeignetem Wohnraum für Studierende in Winterthur und Wädenswil.
Dieses Ziel erreichen wir durch Kauf oder Anmietung von ganzen Liegenschaften.
Ausserdem wird privaten Anbietern von einzelnen Zimmern oder Wohnungen eine Internet-Plattform geboten, um ihre Angebote oder Zimmer zu inserieren.
PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION
We are a non-profit foundation with the purpose of providing affordable and suitable living space for students in Winterthur and Wädenswil.
We achieve this goal by buying or renting entire properties.
In addition, private providers of individual rooms or apartments are offered an Internet platform to advertise their Rooms.
*SWOWI is short for "Student accomodation in Winterthur and Wädenswil".
